BOC Life does not authorize any licensed insurance intermediaries to collect premium on behalf of the Company, all premiums should be paid directly to BOC Life by the policy owner, the insured, or the beneficiary. Please DO NOT make premium payments to any licensed insurance intermediaries.
For renewal premiums payments by credit card, the cardholder must be the policy owner. This payment method is only applicable to designated products that accept credit card payments.
Please allow at least 3 working days to receive payment confirmation. We reserve the right to request customers to submit additional proof of payment.
If you need to send the original or copy of the payment receipt to our company, you can mail it to BOC Life - Policy Administration Department (Mailing Address: 13/F, 1111 King's Road, Taikoo Shing, Hong Kong) or email it to cs@boclife.com.hk with your policy number and policy owner's name indicated.
No payment receipts will be issued.
Only payments in HKD or the policy currency are accepted for all policies. If you wish to pay the renewal premium in HKD for policies in currencies other than HKD, please click here to check the latest exchange rates of the relevant currencies.
e-Self Service
You can settle the premium by scanning the payment QR Code (if any) printed on the payment slip of the premium notice through the "FPS" function provided by banks or designated service providers. The premium notice can be viewed/downloaded via the eService platform.

You can pay the premium by cheque depositing at the 24-hour self-service cheque deposit machines in Bank of China (Hong Kong) branches across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.
