Application Steps

1. Verification

For customers with inforce policy(ies), click here  to go to the New User Registration page
Enter your identity document number and date of birth, then follow the instructions for verification

 

 

2. Set up

Set up your Login ID and password

 

 

3. Log in

Once logged in, you can easily manage your policies anytime on our eService platform 

 

 

1. Log in to the eService Platform

Log in to the eService Platform, your policy(ies) will be displayed on the “Policy Overview” page. Click “More Options ” on the top right corner of your selected policy  and select “Policy Change”

 

 

2. Select Change Type

After reading and accepting the e-Policy Change Service Terms and Conditions, select “Change of Contact Details” and click “Submit”

 

 

3. Enter Updated Information and Confirm

Enter the information to be updated, such as your email, mailing address or contact number. Click “Next Step” to proceed to the confirmation page

 

 

Verify the information entered on the confirmation page, click “Confirm” to submit the application


*If the jurisdiction of your original and/or new address/ telephone number is outside Hong Kong, a "Self-Certificate Form for Tax Residency" must be provided.

 

Note: You may be requested to submit additional information in certain circumstances

 

1. Gather Required Documents

If the jurisdiction of your original and/or new address/ telephone number is outside Hong Kong,  a "Self-Certificate Form for Tax Residency" must be provided.

 

If the Policy Owner has not previously submitted an identity document or the identity document has been updated, please submit a certified true copy.

2. Complete Relevant Forms

Download the Application for Key Personal Information Change, and complete the Change of Contact Information section

3. Submit Forms with Relevant Documents

In Person:

  1. Customer Service Centres
  2. Bank of China (Hong Kong) Branch

2. Review Policy Contract/ Anniversary Statement

Click “e-Policy” to view the policy contract or click “e-Statement” to view the anniversary statement

 

1. Gather the Required Documents

If the Policy Owner has not previously submitted an identity document or the identity document has been updated, please submit a certified true copy.

2. Complete Relevant Forms

Download the Application for Policy Change - General form  and complete the request for document issuance section

3. Submit Forms with Relevant Documents

In Person:

  1. Customer Service Centres
  2. Bank of China (Hong Kong) Branch

 

By Mail:

If the new beneficiary(ies) is/are a corporation, please submit a copy of the "Certificate of Incorporation" and "Business Registration Certificate". (except for charitable institutions listed on the Inland Revenue Department’s website). 

If the Policy Owner has not previously submitted an identity document or the identity document has been updated, please submit a certified true copy.

2. Complete Relevant Forms

Download the Application for Key Personal Information Change form and complete the change of beneficiary section

3. Submit Forms with Relevant Documents

Select “Change of Premium Payment Method”, then choose either Bank Transfer or Credit Card for automatic payment 

 

 

 

3. Input Information and Confirm

Enter your account or credit card information and click “Next Step” to proceed to the confirmation page

 

 

Verify the information entered, click “Confirm” to submit the application

2. Select Change Type

After reading and accepting the e-Policy Change Service Terms and Conditions, select “Change of Option (e.g. Dividend/ Guaranteed Cash Payment etc.)” and click “Submit”

 

3. Select Payment Instruction

Select the option(s) to be changed, e.g. Dividend, Monthly Income/Guaranteed Cash Payment, Maturity Payment etc. Then select your preferred payment method, such as Bank Transfer / Cheque / Accumulation with Interest / FPS, and input the required information. Verify that the information entered is correct.  Click “Confirm” to submit the application
