Terms and conditions for 【BOC Life x YDCare】Exclusive Customer Experience Offer (“the Promotion”):
1.    The promotion period is from 8 May 2026 to 31 July 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“the Promotion Period”).
2.    In order to enjoy the 15% discount on one selected home-based care service provided by YDCare (“the Offer”), all of the following requirements must be fulfilled (customers who fulfil all of the following requirements is/are known as “Eligible Customer(s)”):

(i)    must be an existing BOC Life policyholder; and 
(ii)   successfully obtain an exclusive promotion code during the Promotion Period by calling the BOC Life Customer Service Hotline at (852) 2862 9851; and
(iii)  successfully reserve and use the Offer by following the instructions of the BOC Life Customer Service Officer to call or WhatsApp the YDCare service hotline during the Promotion Period using the exclusive promotion code

3.    In terms of fulfilling the above-mentioned requirements, BOC Life’s and YDCare’s records shall prevail, and BOC Life and/or YDCare reserve(s) the right of final decision. The Offer is limited in quota and available on a first-come, first-served basis, while quota lasts. Each Eligible Customer is entitled to the Offer once only under the Promotion. The Offer is only applicable to selected home-based care services provided by Homelistic Healthcare Limited (“YDCare”) (choose 1 out of 3, including (1) Registered Nurse Professional Nursing Care Service (Specialised clinical service, 1 session of approximately 1 hour);or (2) Registered Nurse In-home Nursing Service (3 sessions, 4 hours per session, 12 hours in total); or (3) Health Worker Home Care Service (3 sessions, 4 hours per session, 12 hours in total) (the “Selected Service(s)”).The Offer redemption records maintained by BOC Life or the relevant service provider shall prevail.
4.    The Offer can be transferred to others. Any additional costs after deducting the Offer’s value must be borne by the Eligible Customer(s) (or the transferee(s) of the Offer and/or the Selected Service(s), as the case may be) (“Customer(s)”/“you”).
5.    BOC Life and/ or the relevant service provider reserve(s) the right to replace the Offer and/or Selected Service(s) with any alternative offer(s) and/ or alternative service(s) (collectively referred to as “Alternative Offer(s) and Service(s)”) without prior notice. The value and features of the Alternative Offer(s) and Service(s) may be different from the original Offer and/ or Selected Service(s).
6.    All Offer(s) and/ or Selected Service(s) and/ or Alternative Offer(s) and Service(s) cannot be changed, returned, exchanged for other items or redeemed for cash.
7.    The Offer and Selected Service(s) are provided by YDCare (a member of the “Assure2gether” Alliance) and its affiliates and their business partners. BOC Life is not the supplier of the Offer and/ or Selected Service(s) and/or Alternative Offer(s) and Service(s) (the supplier referred to in this clause and the supplier(s) of any alternative service(s) shall be collectively referred to as the “Supplier” hereinbelow). Any enquiry or complaint in respect of the Offer and/or Selected Service(s) and/or Alternative Offer(s) and Service(s) should be directed to the Supplier. In the event of any dispute regarding the Offer and/ or Selected Service(s) and/or Alternative Offer(s) and Service(s) (including but not limited to its use and applicable scope of service(s)), the decision of the Supplier shall be final. BOC Life does not accept any liability arising in conjunction with the services provided by the Supplier and/or the quality thereof, and shall not be responsible for any act, omission, negligence or fault on the part of the Supplier and/or any service provider(s) engaged by the Supplier to provide the relevant service(s). Any liability arising in conjunction with the use of the services provided by the Supplier and/or the quality thereof should be resolved between the Supplier and the Customer(s). All information in relation to the Selected Service(s) or any other service(s) provided by the Supplier herein is for reference only, and you should not make any decisions based on such information alone. Your decision should be based on your actual situation or needs. The information provided above does not constitute qualified professional medical or health advice, recommendation, offer or persuasion to any person to make any decision. You should seek independent advice from registered medical practitioners or other relevant qualified medical professionals before making any decision. 8.    Customers are required to engage the Supplier directly when using the Selected Service(s). Therefore, before redeeming the Offer and using the Selected Service(s), Customers must carefully study and consider the terms and conditions of the Supplier, and be aware of relevant risks. Customers must understand and agree to the terms and conditions, the privacy policy and personal information collection statement issued by the Supplier. Before deciding to entrust any medical professionals or healthcare service providers to provide relevant services or making any commitment, you should conduct a thorough due diligence and independent assessment of the medical professionals’ or healthcare service providers’ qualifications, reputation, experience and other factors relevant to your specific needs, requirements and resources, and communicate directly with the medical professionals or healthcare service providers providing relevant services to clarify any issues, including the scope of services, fees and other applicable conditions and restrictions.
9.    The provision of the Selected Service(s) or any other service(s) by the Supplier should not be considered as a direct or indirect referral, recommendation, suggestion or endorsement by BOC Life, nor does it constitute a solicitation for the establishment of a medical/ health service provider-client/ patient relationship.
10.    By using the Selected Service(s) and/or any other service(s) provided by the Supplier, the Eligible Customers agree to be bound by all relevant terms and conditions of the Supplier and undertake and confirm that all relevant person(s) who use the Selected Service(s) and/or any other service(s) provided by the Supplier have received and accepted such terms and conditions. The Eligible Customers agree to release BOC Life and shall indemnify BOC Life against all liabilities however and wheresoever which may be incurred by BOC Life and all actions and proceedings which may be brought by or against BOC Life arising out of any breach of the relevant terms and conditions by the Eligible Customers and/or any other relevant person(s) and/or any breach of the said undertaking and confirmation by the Eligible Customers.
11.    BOC Life shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from, and/or make any warranty or representation as to the reliability, accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any advice, statement or information provided or published by the Supplier (“the Information”). You shall rely on the Information at your own risk.
12.    BOC Life has not directly or indirectly engaged any medical professionals or healthcare service providers including those medical professionals or healthcare service providers arranged /referred by any member of the “Assure2gether” Alliance to provide you with any services associated with the Selected Service(s) or any other medical or healthcare services, and does not guarantee the service standard or quality of any such medical professionals or healthcare service providers. You have the right to choose your own medical professionals or healthcare service providers based on your own judgment, assessment and preference.
13.    The operations, expertise or results of services of the Supplier is not controlled or endorsed by BOC Life. The decision to use the relevant service(s) provided by the Supplier is entirely at your own discretion and responsibility.
14.    The Promotion is provided by BOC Life. BOC Life reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion and to amend the relevant terms and conditions of the Promotion at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
15.    In case of any dispute, the decision of BOC Life shall be final.
16.    The contents of this promotion material are only related to the Promotion.
17.    Should there be any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of this promotion material, the English version shall prevail.
18.    The terms and conditions of the Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

 

Notes on Offer Redemption and Use of Selected Service(s)
1.    The Selected Service(s) must be reserved within the Promotion Period and used within 3 months starting from the date of reservation. BOC Life and/or the Supplier will not reissue the Offer or the Selected Service(s) after expiry under any circumstances.
2.    The Selected Service(s) must be reserved via call or WhatsApp the YDCare service hotline (contact methods provided by BOC Life Customer Service Hotline). The YDCare service hotline is provided by the Supplier and it is subject to the relevant terms and conditions of the Supplier. Service hours for YDCare service hotline are Mondays to Sundays from 9 AM to 9 PM (based on Hong Kong time zone) while WhatsApp provides 24-hour service. Customers must call or WhatsApp the YDCare service hotline at least 5 working days (based on the Hong Kong time zone and holidays) before making any appointment, change or cancellation. Once an appointment is confirmed, any changes or cancellations must be requested through the YDCare service hotline via call or WhatsApp, and may incur additional costs (which must be borne by the Customer). Once an appointment is cancelled or if it cannot take place for any reason (including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances or absence on the service day), BOC Life and/or the Supplier will not reissue any Offer or rearrange any Selected Service(s). Whether the cancelled appointment can be rescheduled will be subject to the final discretion of the Supplier. Any costs already paid or any additional costs incurred by the cancellation or rescheduling must be borne by the Customers.
3.    The provision of the Selected Service(s) is subject to the final decision of the Supplier and may not be arranged in accordance with the Customer’s desired dates of service due to limitation on manpower of the Supplier.
4.    For any disputes regarding the Offer (including but not limited to its use and applicable scope of service(s)), the decision of the Supplier shall be final.
