About the real-name registration for prepaid SIM cards
According to the Office of the Communications Authority, any unregistered pre-paid SIM (PPS) cards cannot be used after 23 Feb 2023.
If you are using an unregistered PPS card as contact number in our record, please complete the real-name registration with your service provider as soon as possible, or update another valid contact number in our record in order to continue to use the digital service from BOC Life and receive our notifications.
