We always put customers first and serve them with heart.  For better customer experience, we have our new WeChat binding service debuted in early May this year.  Once activated the eService on our WeChat platform, customers can access policy details and receive notifications anytime, anywhere.  With this new service, handling policy matters cannot be easier.

In striving for service excellence, we further enhanced the WeChat binding service in August.  Not only can customers review policy information with ease, but they can also keep track on policy status and claim progress.  Useful policy information is now all at the fingertips!
