Customers can enjoy a convenient and secure digital insurance experience through biometric verification or single sign-on through the BOCHK mobile banking app.

The new “BOC Life App” transforms complexity into simplicity. Through the built-in real-time notification function, customers can instantly stay informed on important information such as anniversary statements, premium payment reminders, policy maturity notices, and claims progress. Featuring a clean and intuitive interface, the App allows customers to view all in-force policies at any time and independently perform operations such as updating contact details, changing policy options and withdrawing policy values. Additionally, customers can submit claims applications directly through the App, bringing policy management and claims support into a single and unified experience.

Beyond core policy management, the “BOC Life App” integrates health management with premium rewards. Customers who are the members of BOC Life’s “Live Young” rewards programme can earn energy by completing simple missions to unlock treasure boxes and accumulate “Live Young” points. These points can be redeemed for premium payment vouchers, which are credited to a dedicated account within the App to pay for eligible premiums and levies.

The new App also offers various supportive services, including medical support, downloadable common forms, and 24-hour emergency assistance information. Should assistance be required, customers can contact online customer service directly through the App.
