BOC Life Cup - The 17th National Elite EMBA Tennis Tournament Hong Kong 2026　Joining Hands with Business Elites Nationwide to Create a High-Quality Sports Exchange Platform

BOC Group Life Assurance Company Limited ("BOC Life") today announced its title sponsorship of "BOC Life Cup – The 17th National Elite EMBA Tennis Tournament Hong Kong 2026". The tournament will be held in Hong Kong for the first time from 29 to 31 October 2026. Bringing together 22 leading business schools, 32 teams and nearly 400 EMBA entrepreneurs, the Tournament will mark a new milestone in cross-regional sports exchange among business schools across the Greater China region. 

A media conference was held today at the Craigengower Cricket Club (CCC), officially marking the launch of the tournament. 

This year marks the 17th edition of The National Elite EMBA Tennis Tournament, one of the most influential annual sporting events in China’s EMBA alumni community. It aims to bring together EMBA alumni and leading entrepreneurs from China’s top universities through tennis, promoting sports and cultural exchange. This year also represents a significant milestone, as the event is being held in Hong Kong for the first time. By capitalising on Hong Kong’s status as an international centre, the tournament further strengthens ties between entrepreneurial and alumni networks in connecting Mainland China and Hong Kong. 

“BOC Life Cup - The 17th National Elite EMBA Tennis Tournament Hong Kong 2026” is organised by the National EMBA Tennis Alliance, hosted by the CUHK EMBA Alumni Association, supported by Asian Executive Tennis Foundation Limited, and coordinated by the National Elite EMBA Tennis Organising Committee. Hong Kong, China Tennis Association serves as the advisory body. Professor Herman Hu, GBS, JP, a prominent figure in Hong Kong’s sports community, serves as Tournament Advisor.

Matches will be played simultaneously at two venues. The opening ceremony will take place on the morning of Friday, 30 October 2026, followed by group round-robin matches and the first knockout round, with the top eight teams progressing to the next round. The semi-finals will take place on the morning of Saturday, 31 October, followed by the Elite Group and Premier Group finals in the afternoon.
