25 April 2022In response to the development of the epidemic, our Central Service Centre will resume normal from 27 April 2022.

The services and opening hours of Service Centres are as follow:
Central Customer Service Centre
Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Saturday: 9:00am to 1:00 pm

Tsim Sha Tsui Customer Service Centre
Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am to 1:00pm  

The services of Causeway Bay Services Centre will be suspended until further notice and our Tai Koo office will remain as usual.

7 March 2022In supporting the epidemic preventive measures, our Central Service Centre is temporarily suspended from 7 March 2022 until further notice. 

With effect from 9 March 2022, the opening hours of Tsim Sha Tsui Service Centre will be adjusted as follows:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00p.m.
Our Causeway Bay Service Centre is temporarily closed from 26 January 2022 until further notice.

25 January 2022In response to the current outbreak of the COVID-19, our Causeway Bay Service Centre is temporarily closed from 26 January 2022 until further notice. 

The opening hours of Central Service Centre will be adjusted as follows:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00p.m.
The services of Tsim Sha Tsui Service Centre and Tai Koo Office will remain as usual.

25 November 2020In response to the current outbreak of the novel coronavirus, our Central and Causeway Bay Service Centre remain normal while our Tsim Sha Tsui Service Centre is temporarily closed, until 1 December 2020, with the consideration of customers' safety and the best use of resources. 22 September 2020Our Central, Tsim Sha Tsui and Causeway Bay services centers will resume normal services hours from 23 September 2020 in response to the current epidemic situation.
20 July 2020In view of the special postal service arrangement of Hongkong Post started from 20 July 2020, customer communications documents and refund cheques delivery may be subject to delay until normal postal services are resumed.
