Local personal cheque should be crossed and made payable to "BOC Group Life Assurance Co. Limited", and the policy number should be written on the back of the cheque. Please send it back with the payment slip at least 5 working days before the premium due date to "PO Box 10134, Central Post Office, Hong Kong" or return it to our customer service center

Notes:

Please write the policy owner's name and policy number on the back of the cheque or bank draft. You need to submit the original or a copy of the relevant payment receipt along with proof of account holder (such as a bank statement) to our company. You can mail it to BOC Life - Policy Administration Department (Mailing Address: 13/F, 1111 King's Road, Taikoo Shing, Hong Kong) or email it to cs@boclife.com.hk, and indicate your policy number and policy owner's name in the email

Cheque Deposit Machine

You can pay the premium by cheque depositing at the 24-hour self-service cheque deposit machines in Bank of China (Hong Kong) branches across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories

1. Write a crossed cheque payable to "BOC Group Life Assurance Company Limited" and write the policy number on the back side of the cheque
2. Select the "Bill Payment Service" function
3. Choose "Insurance/Service"
4. Select "BOC Life"
5. Enter the payment slip category (01 - Premium: HKD; 02 - Repayment of Policy Loan: HKD)
6. Enter the payment slip number (i.e., policy number)
7. Enter the amount
8. Enter the contact phone number
9. Print the customer notification
