Customer Complaints

You can file a complaint about our products or services by email, fax or post. We are committed to addressing all complaints fairly.

Processing time and procedure

If you are disagree with our decision, you may forward your feedback to independent industry organization specialized in handling complaint as follows.

For your personal information provided due to the complaint will be referred to a designated Complaints Handling Unit for handling. All information will be kept confidential. If the opinion/complaint is made by a third party, unless such third party has a formal relevant authorization given by the policy owner, otherwise, under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, our Complaints Handling Unit will reply to the policy owner directly.
